Yanno i used to never believe i had depression. Just a poor self esteem really. But now that my medication is helping so much with the anxiety it seems like the depression is SOOO much more noticeable. My t gave me a higher dose of lexapro today so i hope that helps. Did anyone else get more depressed or at least notice their depression more when they got help with something else? Can that even happen? Or am i just falling deeper into depression for no reason?
