Seems like there is never anybody around when I need help.

I feel like I have screwed everything up.

I'm good at that.

That's my biggest talent.

I wish I did not know attempts are pointless.

I wish I had not promised myself not to SI.

I wish I was not in this world.

I wish I were a better person.

But nothing comes of wishes.

I’m sorry I wasn’t here earlier. I care about you and value your genuine and caring posts to others. And there is no need to be specific. And I very much doubt if anything you’ve ever said or done here has ever scared anyone off...

However some people are scared off by other things, for example unkindness, whether explicit or thinly veiled.

I hate to think of the number of “good” people who have likely left different websites which are for “support” due to less than kind behaviour from some. I have never seen you being at all unkind or judgmental. “Ramble” all you want... I’ve been accused of “whining” by some smart *** long ago.. (who left, this supportive forum likely didn’t “suit” them, they were a fly by poster giving me “advice” - not anyone who remotely knew me. Eff that it’s bull ****.

Thank you for your kind words .. I was hurting bad last night. Some of it is still bothering me today but nothing anyone (not even myself) can do about any of it .. other than help with emotions, which is why I only spoke on those. ❤

Sorry if my post wasn’t helpful, and that I wasn’t here..I really needed the sleep I had last night. things have been very sub optimal for me lately with a lot of su ideation but today is a bit better having had a bit more sleep. I know what it’s like to be in so much pain and feeling so alone, it sucks I also was in a hurry when I wrote my post so didn’t reread it a million times like I usually do. (I learnt long ago to reread my posts but sometimes I just don’t have time ). And I wanted to write something, I can’t say it better than the others already have. My PM box is always open to you

You don't need to be sorry for not being here. Nobody does. I understand it. We all have lives. We all need to eat. To sleep. Sometimes we go and do things. It's life. It's just - somehow - when I find myself needing help seems to coincide with the times most people are off doing one of those things.. and it really drives me nutty. I guess the best description would be if you were locked in a room with someone scraping their nails down a chalkboard constantly - for hours .. and nothing you did could stop the person from scraping. That's literally how frustrated I become .. on top of whatever issues I am having bc I dont have anyone in my offline life so this is really my only way of "speaking out".

You are such a sweet and kind and caring friend. I am really lucky to have you as a friend.

Truly sorry I did not see this earlier. Please forgive me.
