How can we not beat ourselves up endlessly
For all our mistakes
For being a perceived “burden”
For every time we have ever hurt or offended anyone, no matter what the circumstances
And no matter if it was unintentional
Maybe due to our “stupidity” in my case
For being a perceived “failure”
For breathing oxygen which other more “worthwhile” people deserve more
For being “stuck” in Depression/anxiety/CPTSD despite our best efforts

It is hard when we are in this dark space.

Losing a loving connection with our inner cub and self abandonment seem to consume us...

You did not fail
You are not a burden
Nor are you stupid

You succeed in giving love and empathy
The worlds resources are for everyone to share
You are the wisest bear ever Fuzzy

Much love to you, your inner cub and snake
Hugs from:
Fuzzybear, Rohag
Thanks for this!

I wish I had an answer to this vital question.

Do you (do I) beat yourself while asleep?
Do you (do I) beat yourself while having a favourite food or beverage?
Do you (do I) beat yourself while engaged in a favourite activity? (Or have all activities lost their favour?)

Good questions Rohag.

I fear I do beat myself up while asleep
It is hard to eat at all sometimes

Sending positive vibes to all who struggle with questions

Honestly - at this point - you don't want to know my answer, but just wanted you to know I understand how you feel.

Sorry to hijack the thread but this comment hit home for me. And no I am not attacking Rohag in any form or fashion.

I don't really enjoy doing anything anymore other than laying around like a worthless bum.
