I wish I could say I’m feeling better. That would not be true. Maybe I’m not trying hard enough.

Hugs mountainstream.

Trying hard is tiring,
Sometimes it helps us to let things pass,
Would it help to relax and spend some time with your inner child?
Thanks for this!

Mountain I have found that we have a good bit in common and for that I am sorry. I know the suffering you are going through and how difficult it is to drag through everyday. I know it's not always possible but sometimes what makes me feel "better"/not as bad is just laying down and going to sleep until I wake up. Unfortunately when you have life going on around that's not always possible. If it is I highly recommend it. Sometimes a good recharge can do wonders.
