i want out of the sadness!!!!!! out of the crying without reason. out of hiding everybit of my emothion from my parents. I want my life to be happy and normal. i want out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok... you want out of how things are right now, how you are feeling right now! You NEED things to change!!!!

(((hunter))) You need to change something in your life for change to occur. WHY NOT tell your folks? It seems it can't become any worse... it might be just as bad in a different way, but it will be a change that maybe you can live with? I think it will begin changes that will be good for you, though.

((((hunter)))) Be strong. Tell a parent. Put it in writing, through a poem or call one on the phone! Or call a counselor from school, ask them to tell a parent.. .or a friend... do it. Just do it. NOW tell someone.

the other day i was really depressed. my dad asked me if i wanted to see a pdoc and on the inside i wanted to so badly but i told him no. i found a pdoc on teh internet and i think i'm gonna tell my dad that i want to see her. it has made it easier since he opened the door to me. thanks sky

p-doc sounds like a good idea. Getting control of depression is a gradual thing. It takes time. You can't just snap out of it. No shame in seeing a p-doc. Hope everything works out for you
