It is how I am...
its how they all told me I 'should' be
shackled and muzzled because..
I always was 'a bad bear'

the autumn brings more feelings of emptiness and pain
and

its hard to live when so much has been stolen …
by depression and other things

I try to practice gratitude and am not good at it..
or much of anything else
(sorry for the whine

(not about anyone on pc)

I am sorry you are struggling today.

For me, it is good to talk about it but then try to move on. On know this is hard for you. I recognize that I am probably only able to do this because I medicate myself. I know it is harder when we either aren't medicated or our life has had more downs in it than ups. Life is not fair but keep trying to look for that rainbow. I wish I could fix it for you. Here is a virtual hug:

The quiet, sad, subdued bear

((((((( )))))))

I strongly suspect someone - or ones - had an "interest" in you believing yourself "a bad bear".

Perhaps one of the worst forms of cruelty is not to malignly punish a person but to get the person to punish themselves.

On my walk, I thought to myself, I told you all the wrong things. I vaguely recall a study where half of the participants were told not to think X and the participants that were told that thought about it the most!

So feel it but remember, these are old feelings that were imprinted on you when you were very young! You were a good cub! Hopefully, tommorrow will be better for you! It very well may be!

Sending hugs dear Fuzzybear.

I suspect you were a very good bear who was neglected and needed some love.

Our stolen gifts, no where to be found...

I am grateful that you are here dearest Fuzzy.

Sending you and your tangled snake respect, compassion and some peace and harmony.
