Feeling irritable. I am getting bouts of aggression and breaking things again. I live with my parents and I am getting into fights with them. Feeling a bit concerned.

be careful desiree....when you are feeling ferocious find some way to get it out
without hurting anybody or anything...some people use punching bags...
there is nothing wrong with feeling furious....what are your ideas about this...

sometimes i feel like #######.....but it hasn't happened yet after 88years...
and please don't turn it against you desiree...

Yes, use punching bags, Desiree, like little turtle has already wisely suggested! Be kind to yourself. I hope your anger will pass soon. Can you do some physical exercises to let the anger out? Thank you Mickey. I will try to do physical exercises - maybe walk for 30mins a day. I won't be able to do more vigorous exercises right now as I have not been exercising for a long time.
