I'm sorry for this
My life has turned into a nightmare It started years ago I couldn't fight anymore I'm so sorry for my family... they deserved better I lost the battle, this is a nightmare now I've been humiliated after i lost my job and myself I lost myself some years ago |

I'm not sure I fully understand your situation
(forgive me, I have a bad memory sometimes).. it does seem like you're being very hard on yourself.  You don't seem like a ''bad'' person at all to me. I'm also not sure if you're seeing a therapist (or doctor) about any of this ..I hope someone else here can be more helpful than I am  Keep posting, many here care
