Every day is a struggle. It is getting impossible to get out of bed and do stuff. My head feels so light and my whole body feels so heavy. Seems like I've had a power shutdown in my brain. Im frustrated and hopeless.

Please help.

i am So Sorry that you're going through this! Getting out of bed can be really hard when you're depressed from what i've heard. Are you currently seeing a therapist and Pdoc or taking any medications and such that may be able to help you get through all this? Please do not give up, i think it is possible for you to get better! Try to distract yourself by doing some of the things you love. Anything to get through the day! Please do not harm yourself or others. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @mimibadhuri0, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

My thyroid is ok little turtle. I don't know about any other physical problem except that my dopamine may be way too low.

I do not have a T but I do have a pdoc. Currently Im on an AP but I cannot take an AD for the depression as ADs get me irritable and hyper and make me argue with the voices.

Please help.
I wish I could help, in a more substantial way... sometimes, the only real thing you can do is force yourself to do the thing you feel you cannot do. It's not "impossible" to get out of bed. It only feels like it. I have to tell myself that all the time. And sometimes I have to unhappily and often begrudgingly get out of bed and make myself do things because it is the only way it is going to happen. Recently I did this and cleaned my room completely, so that I wouldn't get back into bed and stay there all day.
