I remember hearing once about knowing whether you have flu or just a virus. If its flu and you noticed a £5 note on the floor, you'd not have the want nor energy to pick it up. I think depression is like that, when I feel really depressed, it wouldnt matter how much money I see lying on the floor, I just cannot move. What is it that can cripple us so physically? Its not like there's anything visible holding us down, unyet often times thats just how it feels, my mind tells me I am hurting and that nothing in this earth can lift that weight of me until its ready to go.

If you found £500,000 then you might think you could buy an exceptionally good therapist with it...

Sorry you've been hit by both! I'm not at "that" place yet, I just felt it trying to claim me this morning and realised how strange it was that I just couldnt move, but at this point in time I am currently winning the battle and threw myself out of the armchair.
