Suicidal Ideation vs Suicidal desire what's the difference between the 2? Is 1 "worse" than the other?

Ideation is thoughts about sui. Desire is wanting to do it. Doing it is much more severe than thinking about it. Both are signs of severe depression IMHO. If you are really wanting to do it, seek professional help. It must be taken seriously. If no one else wants to help you, help yourself and get to a doctor.

Not sure. Maybe ''desire'' is more thought out.
