Awe.... bummer..... what have you done in the past that help? Can you do that now? What have you done in the past that made it worse? How can you avoid doing that again? What can you do differently this time than other times?

Those are some of the questions I ask myself when feeling as you are right now. Hope they can help you find your way through the maze of your emotions.

Praying for your balance to return.

Aww.

I'm doing much better now. I went to the mall with Z (after T session), had a good talk with him, he hugged me and made me feel good and safe like always. Ran into two other friends and we started hanging out with them too. It was good.

Oh, and I put a post about the session on the T board.

Yeah. Things being better helps a lot. I didn't die during rehearsal today (which by the way was 9:30 to 7). In fact, there were a couple of times in which I felt pretty good!

Two things that made me most content:

1) Lunch. A bunch of us went out to get food, and I got a grilled chicken and pesto sandwich and a mango Odwalla. So satisfying!
2) Massage from my friend(s). First one, then another joined in...And it was great. Plus I had a song made up for me. Lol.

Brain is spazzing out right now...

Why?

Well, I have an English essay to write, an overdue physics lab to finish, other homework that I know I won't do...And, at rehearsal tonight, I found out that I have to take the place of another girl for the second set of performances...So I have choreography to learn and get down! (And I'm still getting over the shock from when the choreographer came up to me, grabbed my wrist and was like "walk with me" because when he does stuff like that, you know you're about to get assigned some crazy dance stuff and it's rather scary).

Yes, I'm in a production of Fame, the Musical and it opens on Friday (eek)!

I don't feel sad right now...I feel overloaded, overwhelmed, and if I even look at any of my homework I freak out.

well I think that is absolutely AWSOME!! You being in a play. Fame was a great musical. So do you think you will do a slam dunk? I know you are stressed but just the thought of you being in this play is awsome!./ Stay positive and you will do fine. When it is over that will be one less stressor on you. Somehow I am thinking you have a lot of things on your plate and maybe better time mgt would help. Or are there other things that are stressing you?

Better time management? Personally, I think I do pretty damn well with time management considering my schedule! I have Fame rehearsal most days, choir on Mondays, Afro/Latino Club on Thursdays...And I still do pretty much all of my homework, sleep, eat...I'm not sure how I could do much better with time management.

Basically everything is stressing me out right now. School, Fame, clubs and activities...Family stuff...Everything.

Sounds like a lot of things to me. But you seem to have it together. How are your grades? If your slumping in the grades you are going to have to give up maybe one thing on your plate. Personnally I think you will do fine in all that you do. You sound like a person that never gives up!

My grades are basically what they've always been...And Fame is almost over (it ends the 27th) -- when that's done, I'll have all the free time in the world!

Ha...

I had a total breakdown last night and today. I couldn't do anything...I couldn't think. I didn't go to school. It was really bad.

Oh boy...

I cried in physics today, and I almost didn't stay after school for Afro/Latino Club.

I really need this week to be over!

This week is just insane!

I've had tons of Fame rehearsals because it's production week (we open tomorrow)...So, Sunday I was told I have to learn a dance for next week, Monday I had school, choir, Fame rehearsal. I also got assigned a massive amount of homework. Tuesday the pressure got to me. Yesterday I was at school from 9am-10pm (school, club thing, Fame rehearsal). I also got tons of homework. Today? More homework, although no rehearsal.

I'm just really super stressed out from the show opening this weekend, and all the homework I've been getting and blah blah blah.

It has been a lot of pressure.

I've been getting my parents to drop off food for me to eat during rehearsals and performances. I had a chicken caesar salad tonight.

Opening night was good! It went well overall, and I'm happy with it.

I hate being down...Especially when there's no particular reason for it. And, I have a test today. It's not a big test or anything, just the state English test, and English has always been one of my strongest academic subjects. It doesn't even count for my grade, I just have to pass it to graduate (OK, that sounds like a big deal, but a passing grade is a 65% and I think I'd actually have to completely blow off the test to get that low)...But still, I have to do it, and that's the problem.
