Its Funny,
When all of this(mental illness) started happening, I was waiting for someone to turn around and say gotya, were just messing with you. From the people I always believed would protect me to the ex girlfriend who wanted nothing to do with me. Im getting diagnosed with these problems and all I can think about is, is this what people do to people, people engineer manipulation, engineer failure, engineer mental illness. Now your saying what do you think your special or you don't have a mental illness and suffer from depression? No... I know I do now. Tell me your thoughts, sounds like Im pushing or moving blame or being unrealistic but I cant help how I feel. Last edited by Hi IM Dan; Apr 12, 2020 at 01:04 PM. |

Hello, Hi IM Dan.
A therapist used these words with me recently: "Feelings are there for a reason." I agree, and I do not believe much good can come from denying the existence of our feelings as they are. Quote:
Please make yourself at home here.

I would have to agree with your comment my feelings should be strictly need to know. However putting a few words out there on the interwebs allows me to test the waters, test my feelings, test my inner critic, no one should find any offence because quite frankly ive learned not to trust everything I think too... It helps when I can relate, the building blocks of humanity.. |
