Taking every day at a time , from my addiction to my anti social behaviour, I got out of it and I'm greatfull for my strength , my family , my therapist , and everyone who helped me online , specially the people here in PC .
Now this new pandimic and social distanting is putting a new pressure on me and my mental strength , I need connection , I need to go out and see people , I'm already done with anti social behaviour issues , I'm already done with isolation , now I cant go back to that , I need someone to talk to , i try chatting rooms but most of these people are bullies and dishonest, online chatting help alot but it difficult to find the right people in online chatting mostly very young and incosiderate, I try people in my building but they are mostly the kind of people I isolated my self in the first place, so much negative energy , I need to connect to someone that dosint brings negative energy to me , now I'm home all day every day , I cant go back to that . Please advice and help ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hi Worm,
Good job getting away from the antisocial behavior, that's a really tough one to break since engaging after the antisocial behavior brings about normal feelings too, at least that's what I find and some normal feelings could even be anxiety. I have horrible breath and most the time Im afraid to get near anyone with the fact they will smell my breath and be completely disgusted by me. The repetition engaging in talking or social behavior helps, then all of sudden I think of my breath. I took to chatrooms, one in particular was Chattusa.com, here you can click a person and message them its all private messaging it really helps keep a healthy social behavior when I find someone I have things in common with. Just be extremely careful as you don't know these people and their motives so don't get carried away I guess. Maybe that could help you continue to move forward. Good luck and job well done. |
