I do not currently suffer from chronic constipation, but I did while taking ferrous sulfate. The constipation became so bad I had to cease the supplement. I adjusted my diet to get more iron.

i am constipated....so i drank a whole lot of water today..

i am trying to get off my celexa...in preparation i am doing some things----
drinking more water fasting 12 hours each day staying away from sugar breathing thru my nose at night eating more plants and beans |
