With more confidence I can say in my case depression and anxiety are so mingled it is nearly impossible to consider them separately. I feel the distinction, but I do not live it. It might be valuable for clinicians to consider whether or not a patient suffers from both and, if so, develop tailored protocols for such.

i am writing a lot each day...
i put down in words some pretty awful things about my family mostly...also other persons i know.. i have one friend who is an ok friend but not a real good friend...i am very LONELY right now *******WHATEVER I WRITE NOW IS TORN IN TINY PIECES |
