but didn't.

on the phone to my care manager who said, and I quote

" why don't you get him to help you?" (the him she was referring to was my step brother who died 13 years ago)

I just told her that wouldn't be possible and it was nice to speak to her

proud of myself, seeing as family are a trigger- and especially dead relatives

still, not sure what the obsession is with him being alive... makes me feel irritated. not the first time he's been talked about since his death

I'm glad you didn't lose it. It can be very frustrating when people unknowingly trigger you. It's good that you were able to keep yourself from lashing out.

I agree. It is very frustrating when people unknowingly trigger you, and even worse when they do it on purpose. I agree that it's good that you didn't lash out. On the other hand, these people may keep on doing that. It sounds like they are ''mad''
