drowning and can't get out.. dont know what else to do.. will discuss it in therapy, hopefully i wont end up in a hospital.

awww i'm sorry you feel so down right now
 I really hope things go well in therapy, but remember even if they don't and even IF you go to the hospital, you'll be surrounded by people trying to help you and that's good I really hope you feel better
