Several big things have happened. I withdrew from grad school. After flossing I felt movement with my retainer that is glued in. I did get that fixed. I'm frustrated with not knowing what I want, and grieving the loss of grad school. I'm looking at how to make enough to pay off my loans. I'm so unhappy in my job that I have had two hard days. And I'm about to tell my boss to help myself not feel this lousy.

I'm grieving, and additional stress isn't helping. COVID needs to go away. This year has been a long nightmare for so many.

Can I just take some time off from life, go somewhere? If only I could leave the state. But i may have to quarantine after or as I get where ever I would go. If the gym would open and/or I could go for longer walks that would help. It's dark when I get home, making it harder to get out and be safe with a black jacket, not to mention the wind.

If not a pandemic, you could have taken off somewhere to find yourself. I know several people who did that while not knowing what they wanted and who they were.

There’s a book that may be helpful you can read right now.

“What Color Is Your Parachute? 2019
A Practical Manual for Job-Hunters and Career-Changers”
