I wasted the whole dang day. I did absolutely nothing. My excuse was that I had to watch the news.

I need to have the TV and Internet modem removed from my apt.

I'm good today. I discovered my walker, thanks to my mom for suggesting it. Now I use it everywhere in my house. I'm in a lot less pain. This morning I don't need pain meds. That's huge! I feel like today will be a good day. I'm doing little chores. I think I will make a lot of progress with my home today.

I've gotten nothing done yet today.

I wake up sore and tired.

Feel OK enough, but not filled with motivation to do something. Have to force myself. 24,8 F outside, I will not go outside catching colds.

I'm having a difficult morning cause I woke up with a migraine. It's starting to get better. But I have a lot to do today.

I had such a bad therapy appointment today that I’m headed to bed. It really upset me terribly. Therapists need to be more careful of what they say to emotionally vulnerable patients. I’ll reset and be okay tomorrow. The question is do I discuss it with her, change therapists or mark it up as a one off.

My depression was fine today. I am excited to get back into therapy next week. And that group will be over in a few days.

I been feeling really depressed again lately. I said this year I wouldn't be depressed like I had been these past four years. I want to feel good again. I want to.feel excited about my life again.

I've been struggling with really low moods. I go from one extreme to the next all within an hour or so. I'm happy playing my games. I'm also sad when I play. I feel lonely most of the time. My main issue is that I feel I have no purpose. My life is just about trying to keep my house clean. Nothing else is going well for me.

I spent the morning in agony and found it so hard to get myself dressed. if it's a part of the body, then it hurt.

but I am doing a little better now... still depressed because my day is basically going to waste, but in less pain

Every time I find a little bit of hope something bad happens. Why do I even bother trying to stay positive. At least I have a ton of food in case people panic buy tommorow.

I'm exhausted. I'm less stressed but still shaken up pretty badly.

I don't feel so tired this day and hope to make good use of the little energy that is available.

I guess I’m depressed that tomorrow is my last day of group. And then I’m by myself. I know I’m going back into therapy, but still. This is coming from someone who refused the idea of an outpatient program for literal months. And I was against it up until my second day when I thought “this may actually be helpful.”
