Certain things can't be hurried, but they do evolve in their own time.
 I try not to make lists of ''bad'' things and send them to someone else...  I try to think what other people's triggers might be so as NOT to trigger them (sometimes I might think or guess wrongly).... I might make a list of ''bad'' things and tear it up.  To be in the NOW ... this present moment. Practising non striving... what is here is ''enough''. A tremendous discipline. I apologize if this doesn't make ''enough'' sense. It might to me if I check it out again

I can't stand that person. I can't stand their up themselves attitude. Their stench lingers so long after they have shut their mouth (which is rare)
 It doesn't matter if I am silent or if I bite back. There is ''no significant change'' in them and I doubt if they have a ''good prognosis'' Not about anyone on msf
