Yesterday wasn't a great day in terms of productivity. I am going in leaps and bounds with my tedious task but did not touch the homework again. I went shopping without buying anything except a few groceries but walking around stores was as close as I got to exercise. I am caught up on sleep, thankfully, so today should be better.

- From 9-11 I will work on my assignment. I will not work on my tedious task so I have energy for this. I am on a roll with that one and I worry about losing momentum but I really need to get this other thing done.

- Book club.
- Review my list and make sure it is up to date.
- Possibly go hiking this afternoon.

I have a doctor’s appointment today to check out my hurt arm and I need to straighten the house for company tomorrow. Today:

1. Doctor
2. Straighten the house
3. Spa pedicure

I hope everyone has a peaceful day.

I got annoyed a few times yesterday and used that as an excuse not to get much done. I worked a bit on my assignment, not much. I'm certainly spending more time thinking about it than doing it. I did not exercise.

1. Assignment
2. Walk to library
3. Finish my book.

I had a Covid test today. I should get the results in a couple of days. I'm self-quarantining and doing stuff around the house. Tomorrow, I will try to relax more.

I eat and sleep well.

I have made a few plans for tomorrow:

- Up at usual time.
- Breakfast.
- Some rest.
- Shower
- Food
- Gym
- Thinking time about how to go on with life in a manageable tact.

Good wishes to all!
I did all items yesterday. Today I have been at my GP's office. I got the flu-vaccination. The GP took a lot of blood tests to find out if my tiredness is linked to something else then depression.

I am still tired of course, but hope to be able to do the following tomorrow:

- Gather trash and take it out
- Vacuum the floors.
- Wash the floors
- Use washing machine
- Visit grocery shop

I wish everybody a good and relaxing weekend!

I finished my book and took a short walk. I worked pretty steadily on my assignment but am not sure how I will finish it in the time I have left. I have to stop fretting and just do what I can. I may be able to work on it a bit today. I have another six hour seminar that I am looking forward to today.

1. Seminar
2. Assignment
3. Dishes

I have told you that part of my crisis was spiritual. This morning I used a few hours reading the Bible and prayed. It did me good.

I have hovered the floor in the whole home, except the floor in the living room. I used an ordinary vacuum cleaner. For the living room I will let the "self going" machine do the job tomorrow. I have dusted every room and used the washing machine.

In addition to have the living room done tomorrow I will fill the dishwasher, gather trash and take it out. Sometimes during the Sunday I will visit a Church.

A continued relaxed weekend and a peaceful Sunday to each one of you!

I got the results back. It's negative. So tomorrow I'm doing my booster shot. I'm nervous about going but it should be easy. I got a shower today. So getting ready will be simple. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend.

Yesterday's seminar was ok, not great. I'm overrun with dishes, so that will be a priority. It also looks like it will rain all week after today, so today would be a good day to take care of garden chores. I also have two library books that are overdue that I'd like to finish, plus this assignment. I can't do it all, so I will need to choose the most important.

1. Exercise (which could be yard work).

2. Assignment
3. Use my list to stay focused.

I have gathered trash and taken out half of it. I will take the rest out before bedtime. I have cooked and enjoyed the Sunday, but sadly I forgot to take my Diabetes medication. That resulted in a very low level of blood glucose before I noticed. I had to stay in bed for some time and missed the sermon I had intended to participate in. I will see one at Internet instead soon. I have let the automatic vacuum machine do the job with the living room and washed it afterward.

Tomorrow I will only have to fill the dishwasher and after that I hope to be able to do my work for a few hours again.

I hope everyone have a good start on the new week!

I got my booster shot and the flu shot. I also drove over to my mom's house to celebrate my birthday with my family. I got to see my sister. We had coffee and cheesecake. Tomorrow, I will rest. I've had enough anxiety for a while.

I thought I had forgotten it, and took another one. So it became a double doze so to speak. Of course the level of sugar in the body sank. I am so glad I was at home when the symptoms came, extreme hunger and tiredness!

Yesterday was okay. I got a phone call during the few hours I had alone to write so I feel behind. Today will be busy. I need to finish and submit my assignment. It will not be perfect. No matter how much time I spend on it, it will not be perfect. I do not want to spend all day on it. I can't wait to be done so I can move on to something else.

1. Assignment
2. Go to store
3. Cooking project
4. Dishes

I cleaned the litter box today. It really needed it. Then I'm waiting on an important phone call. I will try to relax today. If I don't receive the call by noon, I will just take a nap. I'm fed up with these people not calling me. I hope everyone has a good day.

The dishwasher is working now. I have been able to work for a short time. Good to be back on it. I have been reading as well. I will continue with that until bedtime. It's about a topic related to my work.

For Tuesday I have these plans:

- Empty dishwasher.
- Hiking during the day.
- Mend a jacket in the evening and then wash it by hand.

I send my best wishes for everyone on the thread for Tuesday!

I’m back from vacation and back in the thick of things. I have the normal things to catch up on: housework, laundry, errands, having groceries delivered, etc. There are appointments and sometimes multiples each day this week. Today has been productive despite my hurt arm. That is being referred to an orthopedist because it’s too painful for PT. Things are moving along.

I hope everyone has a peaceful Tuesday.

I just submitted my assignment. I spent just about all day on it, which I really did not want to do. I did not go to the store, do my cooking project, or finish the dishes. I can do the dishes and go to the store tonight. I am not sure how to stop this pattern of spending too much time on certain tasks. Is it happening because I don't allocate enough time or because I am spending too much time on trivia? Probably a bit of both. This particular assignment may become publishable so perhaps it was time well spent.

I waited all day on that phone call and never got it. Tomorrow, I told them I was only available in the afternoon. I think in the morning, I am going for a drive. And I will take a nap for lunch.

I have a lot I want to cover today. None of it is too time consuming so the list is a little long.

1. Tedious task.
2. Thursday's reading
3. Pick up house
4. Dishes
5. Cooking project

6. Sketch out priorities for the next few months

May be you can try to fix your day or your week into parts. Two hours to this and four hours of that, or Half of Monday of this and the whole Tuesday for that.

May be you have not put in enough relax time between different doings or may be you have no "marker" for saying to yourself: "Time is out, stop and do the next you have scheduled.

When I feel trapped in one thing, I stop it by laying Cabal. That function like shutting the door for one event and opening it for another one. It takes from three to seven minutes. At least it works.

It is also possible to do three minutes breathing exercises between two "operations"

I wish you well with your planning.

I have had a good day. The dishwasher is empty and I have had a good hike in the rain. I enjoyed it. I have worked a little bit as well and I have been reading stuff related to my work. I will drop to fix the jacket today because I feel I need to continue my reading.

Tomorrow I plan to do this:

- Mend jacket and wash it.
- Go shopping for new clothes
- Use a lot of me-time included in the shopping (a stop at a café).

I send my best wishes for everyone's doings for tomorrow.

Yesterday was pretty good. I worked on my tedious task more than I planned. I cleaned a bit, did some dishes (but not all), cooked, and mapped out my priorities for the next few months, including time estimates. My hope is that this keeps my expectations in check.

This afternoon I have one errand and two meetings. I have a nice time block this morning for focused work.

1. Tedious task.
2. Thursday reading.
3. Exercise

I had a busy and productive day yesterday. I’m going to take it down a notch today. The church is delivering a meal to the house tonight so that helps a lot. Today:

1. Take brother to doctor
2. Spa pedicure
3. Run errands
4. Laundry
5. Mom’s business affairs
6. Take trash out

I hope everyone has a peaceful day!

I slept all day yesterday. Today I am up early journaling. I'm hoping to feel better but I don't. So I will sleep all day again. There's no reason to do anything else.
