all consuming, uncontrollable racing to nowhere meaningless, disjointed never ending, pointless over and over and over . . . STOP-STOp-STop-Stop-stop keep them at bay, movement do something, anything just keep moving, don’t stop you doze but an instant let down your guard it begins anew words, thoughts, feelings . . . where's that magic bullet when you need it
