I haven't been on in a while due to a lot of change. Grad school didn't like me as a counselor, which meant finding something new while still wanting to help others.... I tried, then I got hurt on the job and everything got worse. Then the same person hurt me again. Needless to say, I left. But its been 2 months and all I found was an inventory job that made my body hurt more. Tuesday was rough... all I did was kneel down, and my knee started to hurt. I need a job that I can't be hurt. And I am engaged to be married in a few weeks. 2 monts and 3 days.

I should be happy but I am distracted and can not seem to get things done. I had an anxiety attack memorial day weekend. My mental health is taking a turn, and no there is no T on board as mine left me for a private practice..... grrrrrrrrr

Tring to do this alone and realizing I need outlets. places where people read and might comment. GIVING what ever support can be given to make things better.

There has been lots of change. I need to lose weight, and I need to find out why I feel crappy sometimes... could be gluten.... I should call my doc and ask for a gulten test. I was told it is 50% accurate.... when I haven't had gluten I start to feel better.... is that a sign??!

Just thought I would check in and say hi.

You have so much going on, so sorry your were injured.

Try to be gentle with yourself.

As for gluten... when I've gone off gluten it has significantly boosted my mood. Worth a try.

I'll check in again tomorrow, right now I took my meds and have to go to bed.

We are here for help and to help, so it's good that you are back on the forum. Welcome back!!

It bosted your mood to go off gluten.... that's a cool.

I procrastinated like crazy yesterday and now need to finish my laundry. So much to do and so little time/energy. having a hurt knee does that???

I've also done the Edgar Cayce (pr. Kay-cee) 3-day apple detox fast which has helped me with various health issues (such as hives) in the past.

How did you injure your knee? In your opening post you said someone hurt you, then hurt you again... were you attacked or something?

Sorry your T went private and that you had a panic attack. Panic attacks can be so scary.

You have a lot of your plate.... and add your upcoming wedding to that as well. Very stressful. It's a huge life event. How do you feel about it?

I'm often on chat, if ever you feel like coming over to say hello...

I techniqally was attacked by someone I worked with, it didn't end well and the employer didn't protect me. I ended up leaving. I was at work, knelt down to count product on a bottom shelf and something popped in my knee. I knew it happened, and walked on it for 40 minutes with kneeling. After that I took a break then went home as I can't work without kneeling.... GRRR but it has given me time to work on my studies and the wedding. I have the invites done, but not printed. which I am waiting for my guy to get me his number of printed he needs and figuring out how many I need....

I have had far two many attacks, so I am used to them... I wish i wasn't but it takes time to let my body heal from the abuse. But now I can prevent it... I hope. time to get ready to sleep. It's been a long day and I did too much on my knee. (Walking on sand was great for my mental health but my knee it was not good for.
