It is Sunday morning here. I woke up around 8am. I would like to wake up at 6:30am/7am. Don't know when that's going to.happen. It is 8:44am and I am still drowsy. Every morning I wake up depressed with lethargy and anhedonia.

I have to dust and clean my room today. Let's see how it goes.

l am either drowsy when I am resting or restless when I am awake. Hope it improves and I feel better.

I changed the bedsheet and did some dusting/cleaning. Better than doing nothing I guess.

Restless yet drowsy...weird. I hope to get better sometime soon.

Running out of money too. Hope help comes soon.

I plan to take bath, dust and clean my room, take a walk in the evening and buy a few plants.

Looks like it's going to be zero chores completed today. I feel very drowsy and low on energy. And it is already 12:51pm.

2:44pm and yet no improvement. Still in bed. Sleeping away rhe morning and the afternoon.

The only nice thing is that I watched the Wimbledon tennis men's game y'day eve and I enjoyed it very much. It was awesome.

I did go for a walk in the evening and bought fruits and a hibiscus plant. But once back home, I'm again feeling drowsy. What a bother! Waiting for the drowsiness to go away on its own. The dusting/cleaning gotta wait till then

I read somewhere on the forum...a post by MuseumGhost that - t's wise to go easy on yourself when you can't get everything done that you'd wish to do. So many things are just permanently tedious, mundane tasks --- and they can wait 'til you're better and have more energy.
So I will not fret and crib when I can't dust/clean my room. I will wait till I am less depressed and ready to pick on the housekeeping chores w/o feeling distressed.

I slept through the whole day today. It is around 6pm now. And I am still drowsy. I wish I was more alert and awake.

Another wise post on this forum - it goes both ways, if someone is set off by something, their reaction is on them, its their responsibility to work on not getting triggered.

About 3-4 months back I reacted to my father's triggering me and my mom ended up in getting hurt in trying to separate us and I ended up in the psychiatric hospital for over 3 months.

I will have to find wiser ways to deal with this trigger. After my return from the hospital I thought that my father had changed but NO. My father tried to embrace me inside the bank atm. After that I stopped being chatty with him. Now I talk to him only when it is necessary. I try to ignore him as much as I can.

Been sleeping the whole time. Don't know why my condition is worsening. Could it be bc they stopped Prozac?

Today I have been trying to wake up since 8am and finally woke up @3pm. I feel upset.

As of now, I am able to brush my teeth, take bath, clean litter boxes, take a 30/40 min walk and that's it. I will have to accept this till I feel more refreshed after waking up in the day.

I swept and mopped my room(a very small room) and potted a hibiscus plant. Now I am planning to take the evening walk.

Feeling lethargic after I returned home after the walk. Potted another hibiscus plant, fed the cats and had dinner. That's it.

Hope the drowsiness improves tomorrow.

Woke up @8:15am. Brushed my teeth and had breakfast. 9:30am. Very drowsy. Don't feel well.

12:20pm, washed myself up somewhat. Still drowsy. Why doesn't this drowsiness go away?! Feel tired of not being able to get out of bed.

My pdoc wanted me to take care of the cooking at home and I can't. The past 2 days I could not get out of bed much. My mom expressed her disappointment at my inability to do anything. I am very upset. Why am I sleeping so much? How can I improve?

Today I had coffee after waking up. A little less sleepy but still not as less drowsy as I would want to be. Since 8am I have been mostly browsing the internet sitting on my bed.
Hope I feel better soon.

In the afternoon I went out in the family car. Got a haircut and colored my hair and did my eyebrows. Afterwards bought some snacks for the whole family. I bought cauliflower to cook in the evening but I may not be able to do it today. I am still depressed with lack of motivation and drowsy.
