I daily listen to a comical monologue. It said laughing to liberate endorphins and humor to move consciences.

Make sure i take my diuretic. I take it 2 to 3 times a week. I prefer to take it on the same days, and that does not work out evenly. So, Sunday and Thursday. But by thursday, i can tell my mood is a little down. So i have to remind myself why that is so i dont spiral downward, and get to a-peein'!

At the moment I’m reading a feel good book and I’m watching old episodes of Dr Who.

I like the idea of comedy!

Reading is always refreshing. It allows you to fly or go anywhere. 😀

Keep up with the daily chores, like going down to check the mail.
Keep the AC on. Heat, is my enemy.
Keep in contact with people on a daily basis. Even if it’s just a quick text.
Say hello and smile at those I meet.

Practising Mindfulness because it allows me to kind of not fighting against the fact that I’m depressed and the feeling of guilt it may involves and also it gives my mind the opportunity to rest from all the negativeness with the consequence recovering of energy. Sometimes, having this energy recovered gives me the chance to have ideas and find solutions.

I know it sounds awesome but I asure you that it’s true.

With practise my way of being mindful became something automatic. I don’t ruminate or give a second thought to uncertain things or things I can’t change. I noticed it with time. It’s as if my mindset would change. This is how I feel it.
