My 15 year old daughter has been dealing with depression for nearly a year. She witnessed the attempted suicide of my best friend (who is no longer in my life), lost her own friend to suicide, and has been bullied. She’s dealing with suicidal ideation. I’m a single parent trying to support her and navigate this the best I can. It’s so very hard

@Plainjane83 that sounds like you both are very fragile. Hope you get the support you are looking for. No one should have to put up with bullying and or abuse. @CANDC

Does she have a therapist? If not find one. Though school if you have to, but she needs someone she can talk to.

Yes she’s seeing a wonderful therapist twice a week. I’m also seeing a therapist

Well for you for seeking help for your kid. I’m not strange that knowing what she’s going through, she fell into depression.
You’re doing the right thing. I guess the therapist is also guiding you on how to support your girl, isn’t (s)he?
I want to give you a hug because it must be so worrying for you.
