seems like depression really got a hold of me this time. i have lost 10 lbs. i have lost my appetite completely, have no desire to eat anything. i dont know what to do at this point. just needed to vent. thanx to those who listen

Are you able to get some help somewhere? As for eating, you can't begin to feel better without some nourishment so whatever you do eat make sure it is good, either nutritious or comforting. Chocolate is always a good start for me... Sending positive vibes your way... KD |

my pdoc is gone for 8 weeks left without prior notice. my general doc just referred me to someone who does not take insurance but prescribed the meds i needed so i gotta pay to see him at least this one time he was pretty flexible with his rate though so i cant complain and he was prompt with getting me my meds and responding to my calls.

My friend, we have sat many hours in the tree house all of us..... I am so sorry things have gotten bad again Know I care , remember the tree house All the things you let go off there if you need to sit there awhile and look at the sky.... ELs, snow, sweet, Tymber, and you we have all sat there from time to time Take care my friend |
