my wife took my son to see her sister this weekend....ive been depressed and bored being alone....she called to say she wasnt coming home until tomorrow.....I dont like being alone....i tried to call my sister to talke , but she hasnt returned my call.....ive played guitar, done laundry, and wore out the remote control channel surfing....its nice to sit here and post my thoughts even thought I wish I wasnt so down...I hate Sunday and dread the coming week......I often think of Dori in "Finding Nemo"..........."just keep swimming, just keep swimming"

weekend alone I know how you feel. I hate being alone and recently I've been getting worse when I'm alone (bad panic attacks or depression). But, it's reached the point where I'm always anxious because I dread the times when I'll be alone. It's hard for me to focus on 'the now' but I know I have to.
When I'm alone (which I am now and slightly panicky) I come on here when I can, or I chant positive things in my head over and over again.
Wish it was easy.
Hope you're feeling better today weekend alone

Molly
