For like the past 2 month ive been like tired everyday. Even if i get lots of sleep im still super tired. I have no energy to do anything. I also have a hard time staying focused on things. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Tired?..

sorry if this seems a stupid question but have you seen a doctor about it? sometimes feeling tired like that is just down to depression but sometimes there's a physical reason for it too.

blondie, sometimes I get the same way--it becomes almost impossible to do anything but sleep. It helps for me to eat right, take my vitamins and try to exercise. Exercise is probably what helps the most. I know, when I am depressed, it is what I want to do the least, but it really does help. Are you seeing a pdoc?

It could be a physical problem, or it could be depression (from what it sounds like... and no, I'm not a doctor) ... have you talked to a medical professional?

Try to aim for only 6-8 hours of sleep between 10pm-8am (or something like that) for a few days/weeks and maybe that would help?

I get tired a lot too and it's been confirmed that it's not a physical problem in my case. Anxiety just drains my batteries too fast.

My solution? Naps.

You're not alone.

Be safe.
