((KJ ))) Not a rant just a fact

you be careful what advice you follow..... confrontation may not be the thing for you.... someone else can do the dirtywork.... protect yourself and stay with a friend like we talked about before... people can be so mean to each other...

it isnt about you or the type person you are... its about them and the bad habits they have....

stay sweet and cheerful.... dont let the bastard win.... get that can of pepper spray yet? someone before suggested water and cayenne pepper mixed in a squirt bottle... easy to make hon...

might be uncomfortable, but ride this out.. it cant last forever....

sometimes, because life isnt perfect, we gotta suffer til things get sorted out in our favor....

practice good care ... talk with us here awhile if it keeps your fears down hon....

You KNOW you can always count on me if you need an ear! I am going to sit here with everyone and enjoy the company..

That person who threatened you is just a jerk! I think you are sweet, kind, loving, caring and just a really great friend to me and so many others here.

Sending you good thoughts, my friend.

(( nowheretorun )) i've already told people i won't use violence over this and neither should they....nor should they be confrontational.

at one point the cops had enough to charge him but a few (well-meaning if none too bright) friends lost it and physically threatened him so the case had to be dropped. he waited til the time limit on his bail conditions ran out and started again.

i've spent all day telling friends to keep cool over this for my sake. Not a rant just a fact

i do have pepper spray...the cops also brought me personal alarms, emergency numbers etc...

...and details of self-defence classes Not a rant just a fact i've already told them i don't wanna be violent unless i absolutely have to to protect myself...the man is obviously sick and needs help...

i told the police today...if it comes to a choice between jailing him and sectioning him under the mental health act...please section him instead of jail, he needs that help bad.

and i know this won't last forever....i just had to get it out on the boards as an alternative to taking it out on myself...don't wanna revisit those bad old days. Not a rant just a fact

i will stay strong even though it's hard...and i will keep coming here...and strange as it may sound to you...perhaps this is a challenge to make me stronger, wiser, more compassionate? can that happen?

thank you for being here to help, it does make me less scared. Not a rant just a fact

Awww, thanks KJ!

Actually, I am still hurting, but I am in a good mood today. I did eat...twice!
I had a packet of oatmeal for breakfast and one of those little soup cups for lunch!!!

I'm glad you ate...even if under threat! LOL

I really do care that you are ok.

wow...it may sound strange but it makes it easier knowing that i can learn and grow from it...it's been my goal from a toddler to learn, grow, be more spiritual, compassionate etc...

but there's just one thing i recently discovered about that...lol you never get to the finish line...

though luckily...even if you don't realize it til a time afterward...most hurdles produce something sweet...

thank you for that ((nowheretorun)) Not a rant just a fact

Oh! I hate that when we think of ways around our own defenses and are left defending ourselves from our own cleverness with our own cleverness!

No, he's not bright enough to think of (or make) a petrol bomb.

My husband and I like reading about "dumb" criminals. He was telling me about one who was shot and killed; he pulled a gun on and tried to hold up a guy at a petro station only the guy was an off-duty policeman. . . still in uniform!

What floor are you on?

</font><blockquote><div id="quote"><font class="small">Quote:</font>
Check out this guy, police are coming to question him about an assault complaint so he tries to escape from police through a window. The problem? He forgets that he’s 23 floors up from the pavement.

BRONX, N.Y. (WCBS) - An astonishing attempted escape from the police in the Bronx Wednesday morning left a suspect dangling from the side of a high-rise, 23 stories above the ground.

It wasn’t a typical sighting for New Yorkers walking outside or living across from the Soundview apartment tower.

“I started to think, ‘What’s wrong? Is he trying to commit suicide or something?’” said Alex Morales, who, along with his wife Patricia witnessed the suspect’s crazy antics.

It gets worse. A neighbor whipped out their video camera and caught the whole thing on tape where the local friendly neighborhood TV station was more than happy to put it on the air.

Correra was taken under arrest without harm and charged with assault, violating an order of protection, hanging around and encouraging bad puns.

i'm managing to keep myself safe with the help of friends both IRL and online...they've set up check-in times for starters and if i don't check-in at that time...they don't take any chances, they just call the police and report something's a-miss.

thank you for caring muffy. know i care about you too and hope all is well with you tonite?
