My depression has been in remission for about four months now and I have been feeling fairly good these last few months. But in the last week or so I have started to feel a little down again, nothing serious, but I really am scared that I am fixin to go throught another bad bout. I'm trying to have a positive attitude that this is just a little rough spot but deep down I am scared. I've made such good progress and I don't want to get depressed again if I can help it. Just needed to voice my concerns and am looking for a little support to help me get through this period. Thanks in advance!

Ahhhhhh ((((((((((LittleMouse))))))))))))) I haven't seen you around in a while (I sometimes post in Psychotherapy).

What can we do to help? Send me a PM whenever if you want to talk.

Remember, it's normal sometimes to feel a little down, it's not necessarily a sign that depression is returning.

Be extra gentle with yourself for a little while, and try to do positive things that you enjoy to help you with your mood.
