when you think things are beginning to come together, moods stabilizing, tears less frequent, life just might be liveable after all, then. . . .

some stupid little nothing of an incident happens and you are on the express elevator headed straight for the basement.

pain and sorrow are ready and waiting at the bottom. the feelings of defeat and worthlessness are right there behind them.

it is all there waiting for my return. all the unbearable sadness. the emptiness, the desperation, the nothingness. Each time is deeper, darker and longer.

I don't know that I can survive another trip to the bottom.

Dear sweet woman... it sounds like you've gotten behind the 8 ball on this shot.. there's a way if you look at it awhile.. study it.. look at the angles and the lights... (i always line up with the lights) .. maybe you'll just have to kick it out of the trap its in this time and sink it on your next shot... or, a miracle could happen....

I don't know why that is, but I do know it happens, Dear Froggy.

Look at this in a different way. Try several ideas till you make yourself laugh, or just just try to imagine you won something terrific like a big jackpot so you don't have to deal with anyones' crap anymore ... that works for me sometimes ... a private fantasy life, yup, to get my juices flowing again.

You are a wonderful juicy person, and I hope you see some light quickly.

I don't know that today is any better but it is different.

After my Dr. appts today I will probably have to add another room to the house. By about 5 this afternoon it will be official. . . Welcome to the grand opening of

Items include pain pills both regular and controlled substances, muscle relaxants, anti-depressants (several varieties), sleeping pills, mood stabilizers, blood pressure and thyroid meds., anti-seizure meds, anti-psychotics, anti-anxiety and antivert (for vertigo) . I even have these very nice topical pain patches (Flector Patch) which works pretty well on muscle spasms and works for 12 hours.

Gee I wonder if I missed anything.

Well that's ok I have two more Dr. appts next week and the Drs. just love to write out those cute little Rx slips.

Believe me it is really pathetic when the Pharmacist of a national drug store chain knows you on a first name basis.
