I finally came home last wednesday. Spent the whole night in my room high as a kite on every pill and substance I had. Went to the doctors office thursday morning and basically bawled my eyes out. He gave me the choice to either self-admit to the hospital or he was going to 302 me. (which means some sort of hospital jargon for being forced into the psych unit). I was released today. As part of my discharge plan I agreed to attend 90 NA meetings for 90 days....I just got back from my first meeting.

I still feel depressed. I'm still having the same depressing thoughts. Panic attacks at every instance. I haven't been suicidal because they prescribed me some anti-anxiety meds and prozac.

Now all that's left is to find a therapist....
