cry (((((((((((purplebutterfly)))))))))))))

Hugs and tissues for you. Maybe you can go take an 'extended washroom break' to let it out a bit?

I understand exactly how you are feeling. I can't remember how many days were spent with a Kleenex in each hand.
You get up and walk around your desk or head for the break room or just get outside of a minute to try and feel a little better. Nothing helps for very long if at all.

My heart goes out to you for I know your pain.

Be kind to yourself.
I care.

Hi Purplebutterfly
I'm so glad that you let your feelings known to your friends. I'm fortunate to know you!!& I'm here for you, I'm sorry you're feeling so badly-have you taken some actions to help you? For ex. contact your PDoc - maybe there is a med that can help you get over/through this difficult time, and your T s/he may be able to help too. They may want you to call when you are in pain maybe they know how to help you esp. before the weekend.

Lots of Love cry cry cry cry
