I just can not seem to get it out. The words are not there.

I know that it can be very difficult to not find the words to express how you are feeling, I hope that you are able to find those words soon. Wanting to Talk Wanting to Talk Wanting to Talk

Purple Butterfly,

Do you want to start with the feelings you are experiencing?

Oh so many times I've been in the situation where nothing comes out. Thoughts race through my mind but when I open my mouth there is only silence.

How to explain
What words to use
How to make them understand

But nothing, only silence. It's so frustrating and no one understands. As a frog of little brain this one stumps me every time. Something will occur and the words will return but when and how Wanting to Talk

Treat yourself kindly.

Feelings: I am numb but I want to cry, I want to cut, I want to beat my head into a wall, I want to scream, I want to fade away. More there I just can not get it out.

I'm sorry you are feeling so down. Wish there was something I could do to help.

Oh I know the feeling. I really feel for you.

I saw some program the other day where this lady had anger problems and one of the suggestions she was given was to smash glass inside a plastic bag. It seemed to help. I used to beat on a punching bag but I don't have access to one anymore. Hope you get feeling better.

You did a good job listing your feelings... I know its hard to express yourself sometimes... especially when we're in a bad emotional headspace.

Be good to yourself.

Think of all the things you are good at make a list. Tell the whole world what you are good at. Just be good to yourself and talk to someone if you have the urge to cut
