ok im nervous because T is taking me out monday to a local shopping center to apply for jobs. i really don't want to because i'm afraid i'll eitehr freeze on the spot and go mute, have a panic attack in public, or that something bad might happen. i really really don't want to do it but i have to. i'm jus glad mum won't be with us. but i'm really nervous. i don't like going out in public

Remember to take deep breaths - I find that that always helps calm me down. I think it's awesome that your T is doing that with you. Good luck & I hope you find an awesome job.

Good luck! However, it will be a good experience to work on in therapy. Don't feel that you MUST get the job. If you just ask properly it is a success. Speak slowly, breath deeply, and apply for it.
