I am very depressed. I think I am at my lowest point. I am so depressed and hopeless, I dont even know why I am so down. The only support I have is my therapist. And I just recently started therapy...again.
I feel like I am going insane. I guess I'm just looking for some kind words and advice.

well, tell yourself some nice things, and i'll start of a lit where you can take it from, ok?
i'm important life is precious i accept myself i love myself as i am i am healing i am filling with a lifetime of joy i am worth every effort of work on myself i am lovable, huggable, and will share this happiness with others i'm friendly i'm supportive i can communicate i have my health i can have all my needs met i can work out details to a fine line in order to stay in a peaceful state i deserve to be happy i am wise i have been thru experiences i will use the thoughts that serve my life in the best way possible i love myself! peace, night (your thoughts tell your body - a collection of organs and cells, what to do, and since cells have memory, if we don't put new info in there, it goes back to the old familiar knowledge - put in new track, play it over and over, and you will probably forget this day down the road) xoxoxoxoxo
