Hello all --

I am new here and looking for resources for my own personal challenge with depression. I see some forums that will be useful.

I also have a person in my life who is important to me and who has suffered with PTSD and alexithymia. Where would I best post for these 2?

Thank-you

Not familiar with the second. For PTSD you might try the Combat PTSD forum if that is appropriate, or Anxiety or Post Traumatic Stress or Survivors of Abuse or Dissociative Disorders. To some extent I guess it depends on the defense mechanisms that the trauma evoked.
