Maybe it's time to take a good hard look at the definition of "strong".

Strong can mean having the strength to realize that everyone in this life at some time or another needs help. It is not weak to ask for help. It is strong to ask for what you need.

"No man is an island unto himself."

When one is floundering within and cannot find solutions to their problems from within, one must reach out for assistance. There is no weakness in admitting there is a problem too big for you to handle alone. There is strength in that reaching out that you can grasp from those who reach back and offer you assistance. One can draw on the strength of others and in turn find their own personal strength.

You are strong because you are reaching out....you are strong because you are a survivor. You are not alone, nor should you be.
