My friends have disappeared, insurance kicked me out of the hospital well before i was ready to leave, I feel like hacking body parts off with chainsaws, much less cutting, I'm on a pdoc-enforced leave from work and can't face the thought of going back, and basically, everything looks black and hopeless.

I know that hugs don't cure everything, but it sometimes help you to know that you are not alone. We are all in the massive boat together. We may not see, or hear each other, but we are here. I know the feeling though...even in the most crowded places I feel alone all the time. My therapist told me the other day to focus on the facts. Fact...I am doing everything I can to heal myself, and to fucus on the fact that I am getting help. This is a horrible time of the year for me, and He knows that I have to take baby steps during the holidays. He can't push me, or I will shut down again.

So my suggestion is, take baby steps to get through this. It is hard, oh so very hard, but so long as you can put one foot in front of the other, you are doing just fine.

You are too sweet of a person to feel this way. How about you take a nice long bath with a cup of tea and some candles or something? It might help you relax like Ozzie said. You deserve to do things for yourself.
