Try to let the pain out by, crying, screaming, writing it down, or posting here. Do you have a therapist? If not, you should find one that can help and to give you something better than sleeping pills, they can just make you feel worse sometimes.

Keep posting, and let us know how we can help you and support you.

Hugs

No one can control this. What has helped others is expressing it in therapy so that you can deal with it.
