well here i am going on one of my downs again. i am to blame because i decided to wean myself off my med. which i know isn't such a great idea. i was on a high and decided "hey i can do this without any meds". well of course here comes the low. i always do this to myself. i am going to call my pdoc to get my med back and start seeing him again. i think thats my best option. thanks for listening.

Hi Agony;

Good for you to go see your pdoc and start seeing him agian, the down hill will soon end and you will be on top again. And please don't stop your meds. because you think you are feeling better, you meds are what is making you feel good.

Good luck,
Cindy

thanks for your support you guys. yeah cindy you are so right. i know that i have to take my meds because they are what keep me grounded. it's these freaking bipolar swings, when i feel on top of the world, i think that i am invisible and i can do things on my own and lose sight of reality. i know i have to focus on the light on the other end of the tunnel. thanks so much for the love fuzzy, right back at ya hon.

thanks muffster, hope all is well on your end. i am on the brink of insanity. my pdoc is away and he wouldn't call in my Rx which i thought was a bit irresponsible of him. he told me to call him weds so i can see him then and he can give me my meds. ARGH!! going through a tough time right now. thanks for your support.

Well done for realising you made a mistake, and knowing what you needed to do because of it.
