![]() ![]() Try to make the call. Sleeping days away is no good - trust me I've done that to a fair degree and while you're sleeping things pile up and generally because of the extra stress and isolation things get harder to handle ![]() ![]() So best thing, make that call! ![]() ![]() |

I'm sorry you're struggling. It really sounds like you're overwhelmed. I agree with turquoise - make the call...even if it's the only thing you do today. Sometimes it helps to make a big list of everything you have to do and then prioritize it. Tackle one at a time - eventually you'll make progress. I agree with the above. Although I never saw my counselor either. lol I needed to. But same, I didn't know where to start, and I also felt paranoid that they would tell my parents, especially since they have to do something if you say certain things.
