I'm sorry you had a bad night.
It stinks to have nightmares.
Here's lots of if you want them.
Maybe you could catch a quick nap today?

I'm very sorry about the nightmares. As you know, I know firsthand how horrible they are. I know your feelings about the medication, but what else have you tried before going to bed to clear your mind and relax you? It is very, very important that your doctor know about the nightmares and the medication. There is no way he/she can help you if you don't let them know. I hope you have a peaceful day.

Sorry Silver_moon,
I wish I could snap my fingers and make all the pain and nightmares go away, I really don't know what to tell you to help. I leave a tv on or even some music and while you sleep your mine will hear that and maybe give you different dreams than the bad ones you are having now. Don't try to worry about things that may happen in the future, that can make the dreams come and just try to relax and keep posting and seeing your counselor, it will all get better, but I know it doesn't seem like it ever will, but I will. I am in group with an abused person and she is just starting to believe in herself and fight back after years of therapy.

Hugs
Cindy

That didn't post all of what I wrote!!!! so here's pretty much what I wrote before it.......

I've had a really bad day! (I won't bore you though, I write enough already).... hoping it will get better now it's the evening.
I'm gonna start drawing sketches of fairies because my friend wants a fairy tattoo so she's asked me to draw up some designs. So I'll be drawing fairies for a bit, keep me occupied for I while I guess.

steppalee... my birthdays on thursday. Not looking forward to it (although I'll be with my littlies at the school so it'll keep me busy durng the day. It's meant to snow too... pah! snow! here! when we do get sno it can only be described as mucky slush)
kt... thanks for the hugs ... and nap + molly = dream on! doesn't happen even if I'm tired
marci... I'll talk to my doctor on thursday

I got some good ideas in chat this morning to help me sleep, so I've got a few things to try and help me sleep now.
(((((( hugs to all ))))))
Take care, Molly
