Why cant i tell anyone irl. I tell them im depressed but its so much more. I should tell them before i get any further. Im scaring myself. I cant take anymore.

I like your idea of telling them IRL that it's so much more than depression. Who would oyu tell? Maybe you could make a list of as many people as you feel comfortable with. Even if it's only 1, that's one more person to help you. Chrise, I worry about you, hon. You are very important. Please don't feel like you're alone in this. Remember, though, that we here can only do so much, the rest needs to be done irl, so please contact someone about this and tell them how truly serious the problem is. Keep posting and know that we care.

I agree with the others that you need to reach out for others irl. Do you have a mental health center in your community? A lot of those work on sliding scales based on your income or lack of one. The one here even has a walk in clinic once a week so it would be something worth checking into. For me it was easier to reach out to a professional then it was to talk to someone I know, if that's not the case for you then try to talk to someone you know.
