R u feeling better? I hate those days when thing just build up and you run out of coping skills and or energy. What i am seeing though is that they to pass and soon it will ease up and things will be better.

(((( everyone )))) Thank you all so much. It means a lot to me to know that you care. I'm doing a little better today. I just have to stop and think about things sometimes... Life is hard sometimes, but life is also good. I have a lot to be thankful for. But, I also realize that I'm allowed to have bad days just like anyone else.... sometimes it's hard for me to grasp that, and I feel guilty for feeling horrible when I know it could be a whole lot worse for me. I'm learning to maintain, take things one step at a time... thanks again.
