So I've been depressed for about two years now and i have never told anyone about it till recently. The person i told was one of my friends who has been feeling the same way recently. It turns out that our school doesn't have a counselor but her and i seriously need help. When it comes to me there is no way i could tell my parents because my father would deny there is anything wrong with me and my mom would sue my dad. I have no where to turn and i need help. Does anyone know what we should do?

should we talk to the principle and ask her to get a counselor?
should we just bottle up our emotions like we have been doing?

i can't take this pain anymore and hiding it just makes it worse, please i need suggestions.

yes, you should talk to the principle/office. they should be able to help, maybe at least find you a mentor, somebody to talk to. but they may have some sort of programs. definitely worth asking about.
also, if you practice a faith you may be able to get counseling that way, i did for a while when i couldn't see anyone else because of my mom.

good luck.

I agree that the principal would be a good place to start, when I was in eighth grade my school didn't have a counselor so I went to my vice principal and he set me up with a teacher that I could talk to which really helped.

*hugs* I hope you can find someone
Just... bottling up emotions just makes things worse, so please believe that, and try to find the help you need
Loads of hugs
