I did it.....**may trigger, some violence included**

Okay....so as my close online friends know, I was taken to hospital last night, and referred to the walk-in clinic here in the city. I went....met the PDoc and the T, got new meds, told to check out the anger management program at the local center here downtown, and to come back on the 17th as they're trying to get me into the Day program at the hospital.

Yesterday was hell....I snapped, and it was scary....my BF and I ended up beating each other up, and did a pretty good job of it too...I came out with a huge bruise on my chin, a sprained finger, and a very sore and swollen knee. He came out with scratches, sore spots (he doesn't bruise), and a very sore elbow.

I spent today at the walk-in clinic for a consultation with a T.....which then escalated to a consultation with a Pdoc, some prescriptions, and sent home, told to contact these people and come back in a week.....so I finally did it....it took almost losing everything, but I did it

Sometimes you have to hit the very bottom before you find the way to healing. I am glad that you are getting help.
