I guess there weren't really anything to write. Life goes on and continues to be unnecessary.

But I want to share this with people. Due to my terribly selfdestructive school activity, my school guide helped me. She said I was supposed to see a psychiatrist. So she arranged it for me.

I can't wait getting away with this feeling.

Thanks for reading.

Welcome back

It is good that you are going to get some help. It is very difficult dealing with loniness and depression. I just read all of your earlier posts and I loved that U tube song! I sort of imagined you playing the keyboard to that. I remember how I felt when I first went for help. It was a mixture of relief, that I'd be getting some help and scared not knowing what was ahead. I know something was wrong and for me medication helped and talk therapy.

I'm not quite as old as the people in the video, but jumping into mud puddles would be fun! Right now just seeing a puddle would be great, but it is very cold and frozen outside right now. Can hardly wait for Spring so I can go kayaking again.

Spring time and summer are much better times especially with depression.
We all have that to look forward to.

Are you from England? Austraila? Keep us posted on how you are feeling.

Victoria, yeah, like in the queen!
Thanks for this!

Thanks, I had no idea other people than me cared about that sort of music. Well, I knew they existed, but the ones I have shared it with appeared not to like it, at all. Music means a lot to me. Thanks

I'm from Denmark, actually, I have been misunderstood before for being English. Spring, summer? Didn't really realize that they were coming up. No, really. I guess I just don't think about anything anymore, really. You're kayaking? Sounds good for you

I will try to, I am coming and going here. I hope that... Well, that I become more active in here. I like it here. When I get online, of course.

I'm glad you are getting help. My granddaughter who is a sophomore in high school is experiencing emotional problems. Her school counselor also referred her to a psychiatrist. SHE IS GETTING BETTER & BETTER and so will you. Just make sure you go to all your appointments and talk about everything that is bothering you because the psychiatrist can't help you if you don't talk. Remember! He or she is there to help you.
